In 1960, Perry (he really does exist), arrived in Canada from the Island of Santorini, Greece to find fame and fortune. Together with his brothers they opened up a pizza restaurant and called it Boston Pizza. From these humble beginnings arose the Boston Pizza chain, which Perry and his brothers ran until it was sold in 1978.

Perry remained in the restaurant business throughout the years, and in 1988, he decided to open another chain of restaurants, emphasizing quality food, using fresh ingredients at family prices. Thus was born 'Perry's 2 for 1 Pizza & Pasta.' Perry's motto is: "I only serve myself what I will eat myself."
